These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Masterchannel AS's website, located at https://masterchannel.ai.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person visiting this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. You must not use Masterchannel if you are under the age of 13.
Accounts are restricted to individual users. Each user accessing the service shall possess their own account and pay applicable fees.
Subscription accounts are not shareable, even amongst employees (and collaborators) of an organization that is paying for the service.
Masterchannel uses PayPal as the payment provider and payment information is therefore stored and processed by both PayPal and Masterchannel.
By uploading songs to Masterchannel, you grant Masterchannel a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, analyze, and process the songs for the purpose of improving and enhancing the services provided by Masterchannel.
Subscriptions: Your account will be billed from the date you sign up to, or convert to, a subscription account and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your account.
Your Masterchannel subscription will stay in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month or year to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Masterchannel can increase the prices of a subscription, regardless of discounts being used. In the case of increased pricing, Masterchannel is obliged to notify the user(s) affected minimum one month before the price increase goes into effect.
Masterchannel subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Masterchannel, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Masterchannel AS's Privacy Policy.
